Overnight 2014 Mudurup Cottesloe Western Australia
Overnight explored responses to a large seaweed 'dump' that arrived on Cottesloe beach the year previous to the exhibition. It created much controversy as people felt their everyday walks and swims had been 'disturbed' by nature's processes. The dump was a good reminder that as we live out our lives in urban human made landscapes, Nature can still intervene and remind us of where we actually live, on a volatile planet, Overnight..
